Cancelation Policy
If an appointment needs to be changed or cancelled, please contact Dr. Nan at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, a ($44.00) visit fee charged for appointments not kept and not cancelled in advance.
Payment Details:
- Accepting cash and checks
- Accepting credit cards with mobile transaction fee
Full payment due at time of service, unless other arrangements are made prior to the appointment. A $50 fee will be added to the visit invoice for any returned checks.
